And to release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold volunteers/employees, officers, agents from and against all liabilities, demands, claims, or injuries, including death, that I may sustain during or in conjunction with objective activity.

Exhibitor Conduct
By Pressing Submit Application below you agree: Old Town San Clemente reserves the right in its discretion to eject or cause to be ejected from the premises any objectional person or persons. Neither the Center, the City of San Clemente nor any of its employees shall be liable to Exhibitor for any damages that may be sustained by Exhibitor as a result thereof.

Public Safety
By Pressing Submit Application below you agree: At all times, exhibitors will conduct its activities with full regard to public safety. Vendors are required to follow all state and local regulations regarding building and fire permits. Sound level of audio or video equipment is asked to be kept at a limit and not overpower the central event sound.

Photo Waiver and Release

Loading and Unloading
